The main upgrade with the RS2 3.0 over the previous generation is a newly-implemented colorful display screen. Placed right next to the Volume knob, the screen showcases some active settings and functions on the keyboard including battery level, indicator lights, date, time, etc. One can also customize the look of the screen by using the Fn key and Volume knob combination. Right alongside the Screen, we have a metallic knob that allows for easy and precise volume adjustment. The keyboard adopts a gasket-pro design structure. It is based on the traditional gasket structure that ensures comfortable elastic typing just that the JamesDonkey RS2 3.0 adopts a high-quality FR4 Fiber Glass material positioning plate.
The RS2 3.0 keyboard features a three-layered sound-absorbing design. There are three layers of sound-absorbing high-quality foam that fill the gap between the PCB board, the positioning plate, and the mechanical switches. It effectively reduces the cavity sound and provides soft sound while typing. The keyboard also has a dynamic full-color RGB backlight design.
